Taking hostages
Posted in Friends, Life, Theatre, Work on 06/21/2006 11:49 am by KatieJust to update everyone who may not know yet, I am newly attached. That’s right, I have a Siamese twin now.
No, I’m kidding.
I do have a boyfriend, however. His name is Nick (a few of you may have met him), and he lives in B-N. I’m going to refrain from gushing here, mainly because a few of you are already sick of it. I just wanted to keep everyone up-to-date.
Work’s going great. We have photo call for publicity photos of “The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe” tomorrow, so I’ll take pictures and post them. I was going to post up my design sketches, but I decided against it, mainly because there are a ton of them and I’d rather y’all see the finished product than the start phase. I’ll probably put up a couple of compare/contrast pictures with design sketches later, once we have actual photo call for the show.
That is all.

I will kick my own ass (in conjunciotn with your lesbian carpenter friend) should I do you wrong . . .
Then again I don’t weigh much – you could probably get most of the job done yourself . . .

Angie (Rob’s friend) told me a story like this today. She said her dad took one of her boyfriends aside and said, “You don’t have to worry about my fists, or her four brothers’ fists, or anyone else’s fists if you hurt my little girl. She’ll get to you before we get the chance.” He then followed up with, “But we get what’s left.” It made me laugh a lot.
